CWFP is an out-of-network provider, which means payments are made directly by the patient in the form of cash, check or electronic transfer. The office can provide a “Superbill”, which you may use to submit claims to your insurance company. The insurance company may or may not reimburse a portion of your payment. CWFP does not submit claims on a patient’s behalf.

Please give us up to 3 business days to respond to requests for appointments. Responses will usually be sent through email to set up brief screening call unless you specify otherwise.
